There are a lot of reasons why someone would want to learn to play the guitar online and I guess the number one reason would be because it is cheaper than private guitar lessons. While private lessons cost more you also have to arrange your schedule around your lesson. When you learn to play the guitar online you take the guitar lesson at your convenience not your teachers.
