Are you a music lover? You want to play by yourself ? Don't wait just get ready. First step is easy one. You have to get one guitar. The next step is tuning of your guitar. your computer can tune your guitar with the help of online guitar tuner.

What is an online guitar tuner? Exactly what it sounds like: software that allows you to use your computer to tune your guitar fast and easy. Without a properly tuned guitar, your guitar will never sound like Eddie Van Halen guitars do.

Using an online guitar tuner is easy, but first you need to know what notes you want your string to hit. Most songs are in what is called standard guitar tuning: EADGBD. This means that the thickest string is tuned to E, the next thickest is A, and so on until the thinnest string, which is E again.

Play your guitar into the microphone. the software will give the note information being played. Now if you want to move to a higher note you have to turn the turning key till you hear a higher pitch.Again pluck the guitar into the microphone till you reach to your desired note.

This kind of tuning is done on a basic guitar chord chart. There are some more types of tuning which musician often use to play.Among them one is easy tuning where the first E is dropped down to D from the EADGBD.So this iscalled dropped D, or DADGBD.

The guitar tab has got very easy representation . There are lines and number to represent instead of notes on a staff. The six line shows the 6 strings and the number tells the finger placing . This kind of representation makes the online guiter tuning easier to learn and understand.

Suppose the tuner is showing number 5 and the line represents E string then the finger should be placed on the fifth fret and now you can play the guitar. The tab can also tune the guitar in another series of notes. This is correct time for tuning your guitar online.

Try some easy song like \"When I Come Around\" which uses only four chords as a beginner. This also helps in improving the rhythm. Try to find out songs having a few simple power chords. In this you have to hold the three keys and strumming them at once.
