Vintage Hagstrom Electric Guitars

Swedish based Hagstrom started making electric guitars in 1958 with the first Hagstrom Deluxe solid body guitar featuring a unique sparkle and pearlized celluloid finish. This was a great use of materials that they had previously used in their accordion production.

Over the course of many years, Hagstrom expanded their line to include hollow body guitars such as the Jimmy and the Viking, and Hagstrom's flagship models, the Swede and Super Swede. When production stopped in 1983, Hagstrom guitars became instant classics and great collectors items. Today, the love and respect for these fine musical instruments continues to be appreciated by musicians world wide.
